The “Expert-Mom” Perspective When I became a mom, I didn’t just gain a beautiful daughter; I gained a whole new understanding of what it means to be “functionally fit.” Despite my certifications, I faced the same hurdles many of you do: core weakness, pelvic floor dysfunction, and that nagging fear of a simple sneeze or jump leading to an embarrassing “leak.”…

I knew I couldn’t just jump back into my old routine. I had to use the science I’ve studied for years to heal my body from the inside out.

The Turning Point

I committed to the exact principles I built into my Core & Restore: No-Leak Physique program. I focused on rebuilding my foundation, prioritizing core integrity, and using progressive overload to regain my power.

The results weren’t just about a “bounce back” they were about coming back stronger.

  • Core & Pelvic Floor Victory: I’ve officially rebuilt my strength and confidence! I can now run, jump, and sneeze without fear.
  • Daily Functional Power: I built back the strength to play on the floor with my daughter without pain and carry her (and all her gear!) with ease.
  • Healthy Composition: By staying consistent, I brought my body fat percentage back into a healthy, pre-pregnancy range that makes me feel energized and capable.
My Proudest Postpartum Win

I am most proud of being able to run 500 miles in my first year postpartum. This wasn’t just about the mileage; it was about the strategy. By focusing on functional strength, core support, and a patient approach to cardiovascular endurance, I reached a goal I once thought was miles out of reach.

In just 2 short months, Andree lost over 6 inches and 12 pounds, and gained significant strength and muscle tone.
