what forms of payments are accepted?

we currently accept debit/credit card payments through Stripe, cash/check payments made in person, or electronic payments such as PayPal, ApplePay, Zelle, and Venmo.

where do you train?

currently, in-person training sessions are offered at Kailey’s Home Gym, in your own home gym (if within approved radius), or at another agreed-upon location at your request. remote sessions are also available via Zoom.

how do I get started?

first off – CONGRATULATIONS on choosing to work with a personal trainer – you will never regret making yourself and your health a priority and should feel so proud of you!! we offer free initial consultation calls via phone or Zoom to all prospective clients to discuss your goals and best next steps. contact us to set up a 15-20 minute call at a time that works best for you! or, jump right in and schedule a session and we will call you beforehand for the consultation.

you are unique and important to us, so your specific goals, program, and recommendations will vary; meaning – personal training is not a one-size-fits-all situation. don’t worry! we are here to guide you through every step of the way and pride ourselves on being transparent and thorough. we welcome all questions and look forward to connecting with you to take the next step of your fitness journey together!

what does a personal trainer do?

personal trainers are fitness professionals who are well-versed in exercise, health, injury prevention, workout programming, and goal-setting & achievement. I am here to listen to and help identify your goals, help you assess your current health and fitness status, and then work together to design a fitness program that will work for you and help you reach your goals.

my personal belief is that fitness should be FUN, and I take immense pride in working that into every aspect of my program design and hope that always shines through!

I can work with you hands-on, virtually, or through program design to teach you goal-oriented exercises, practice perfect form, and challenge you to push yourself to achieve all your goals!

COVID-19 precautions & protocols

our team is dedicated to the health and safety of our clients and their families. all members of our team are up to date and inoculated on all vaccinations, including the COVID-19 vaccination and qualifying booster doses. our team wears masks when working one-on-one with clients and encourages all clients to do the same for their own safety when exercising indoors, but does not require vaccinated clients to wear masks indoors or outdoors.

we conduct temperature readings for in-person sessions and can provide gloves for clients using common-space equipment per request.

we also offer remote sessions via Zoom for those who would prefer to avoid any in-person contact, as well as having several free workouts available to view on our Instagram and Pinterest pages.
