3-Pack Coaching Calls: Your Personal “Fitness Lifeline”

1. Why You Might Need This

We all love the freedom of a PDF program; you can do it on your own time, in your living room, while the baby naps. But let’s be real: sometimes “self-paced” feels a little bit… lonely? Or confusing?

Maybe you’re staring at a deadlift diagram wondering if your back is straight enough. Maybe you had a week where the kids were sick, you missed three workouts, and you feel like giving up. Or maybe you just need someone to tell you, “You’re doing great, now go drink some water.”

That’s exactly what these check-ins are for. It’s a bridge between a DIY program and full-on 1:1 coaching. It’s affordable, flexible support to keep you moving forward.

2. What’s Included in the Pack

This isn’t a scary, high-pressure interrogation. Think of it as a coffee chat (but with more water and maybe some squats).

  • Three (3) Video Calls: We will hop on a video call (Zoom/FaceTime) three separate times.
  • 20 Minutes Per Call: Short enough to fit into a busy mom-schedule (like during a nap or an episode of Bluey), but long enough to solve problems.
  • Flexible Scheduling: You book them when you need them. Use them all in one month, or spread them out over the course of your program.

3. How to Use Your 20 Minutes

Since we have limited time, we get right to the good stuff. Here are the best ways to use your credits:

  • The Form Check: Set up your camera and show me your squat, lunge, or deadlift. I’ll give you real-time cues to keep you safe and ensure you’re targeting the right muscles (hello, glutes!).
  • The “Life Happened” Reset: If you fell off the wagon because life got chaotic, use a call to reset. We will look at your schedule and figure out a realistic plan B without the guilt trip.
  • Modifications: Pregnant? Postpartum? Tweaked a knee? I can swap out exercises in your PDF program for ones that feel better for your body right now.
  • Nutrition Sanity Check: We can chat about pre-workout snacks, how to get more protein in when you’re busy, or how to navigate nutrition without falling into restrictive dieting traps.

4. The Fitness Cult Promise

As a mom and a certified trainer, I know that “perfect” doesn’t exist. My goal during these calls is not to yell at you to do more burpees. My goal is to help you find balance.
