Let’s be real, mama…working out with a tiny human can feel like an Olympic sport. At The Fitness Cult, we embrace the chaos! Our Mommy & Me sessions are designed to help you regain your strength, improve your mobility, and bond with your little one in a supportive, “no-stress” environment.

Our Monthly Events
The TFC Coffee Run (Always FREE)
- The Vibe: A low-pressure way to get outside, get steps in, and talk to other adults.
- When: Once a month (Check the Calendar for this month’s date!).
- Price: Free (Just bring your stroller and your caffeine craving).
Mommy & Me Fitness Class ($15)
- The Workout: 45 minutes of structured, postpartum-safe functional movement. We incorporate the kiddos into the moves (think: baby-weight squats and stroller lunges!).
- Price: $15 per adult (Kids are always free).
- Virtual Option: Can’t make it to the park? Join our monthly Virtual Mommy & Me session from your living room!

What do I need to bring? A yoga mat, water, and whatever your little one needs to stay happy.
What if my baby cries? We clap! Seriously, if a baby needs a diaper change or a snack mid-squat, you do what you gotta do.
What age should my child be? From newborns in strollers to active toddlers, all are welcome.
