The Build: I create a multi-week plan specifically for your body and your schedule.

  • What is the difference between a General Program and Custom Design? Our $20.99 digital programs are fantastic “plug-and-play” options for specific goals (like core or glutes). Custom Design is built from scratch for you. If you have a home gym with unique equipment or specific physical limitations, this is the better choice.
  • Does this include 1-on-1 training sessions? No. This is a “follow-along” program you do on your own. If you want me with you virtually or in-person for every rep, check out my In-Person Training or Virtual Sessions.
  • Is this the same as 1-on-1 Training? Not quite. In 1-on-1 training (Virtual or In-Person), I am with you during the workout. With Custom Design, I provide the “map,” and you do the work on your own time. It’s perfect for the self-motivated woman who wants an elite strategy without the scheduling constraints.
