Food nutrition kitchen scale

I use this kitchen scale to weigh and measure food for calorie tracking, and I love that it switches seamlessly between grams, ounces, and even fluid ounces, depending on what I need. This has made tracking my protein intake infinitely more accurate!

5lb – 25lb dumbbells with storage frame

A great starter set of dumbbells to level up your lifting game! I love that this set fits in my coat closet to stay out of the way, but still accessible.

closed loop resistance bands

A solid set of closed loop bands in two sizes (hip size and full length) with three resistance levels in each. The thick fabric is a great quality that delivers years of use without tearing.

perfect cushion yoga mat

This beauty is cushy enough to feel comfy, and durable enough to not stretch, squish, or tear during even high-impact workouts!

foam roller recovery tool

The cheapest way to get a sports massage! Whether you’re a cardio queen, a heavy lifter, or just feeling stiff, a foam roller provides your muscles with well-earned relief.

easy body measurement tape measure

This simple tool makes taking your body measurements to track your progress a cinch!

Protein Picks & Better-For-You Snacks
  • The Vibe: Easy fuel that actually tastes good and keeps you full.
  • Can’t Live Without: Built Puff Protein Bars
    • Indulgent enough to replace a candy bar, healthy enough to feel good about it! I have yet to find a flavor I don’t love of these.
grab-and-go protein shakes (lactose-free!)

I love these ultra-filtered, real cow’s milk but still lactose-free protein shakes! They double as my coffee “creamer” every morning for an extra protein boost.

vegan protein powder – great for baking!

This is what I use in a lot of my protein-infused baked goods in place of flour or cocoa powder. The plant protein is easy on the tummy, and the chocolate flavor is deep and rich!

best jerky: chomps sticks

Great to have on-hand in case of snack-tastrophy…I throw these in my gym bag, diaper bag, work bag – all the bags!

pecan sticky bun protein cinnamon rolls

These are perfect for when you’re craving a pastry but know you need a protein boost. Microwave for a few seconds to multiply the yum factor!

ice cream protein powder

If you have a Ninja Creami (or any way to make homemade ice cream) you need Transform HQ protein powders in your cabinet. With flavors like Mint Chip, Orange Cream, and Cookies and Cream, these protein powders are made to be ice cream!

jordan’s skinny syrup coffee sweetener

Not protein, but this zero-cal, no-sugar coffee syrup is too good not to share! They have the best flavors (and fun holiday flavors to get into the cozy fall and winter coffee spirit!)

Build a Home Gym for Under $500
wheelie equipment rack

Getting to your workout equipment shouldn’t be part of the workout! This rack keeps everything together and organized, and it’s on wheels so you can roll it away when you’re done.

adjustable bench (flat/incline/decline/extension)

I love this bench for its versatility! The extension pad helps with glute, back, core, and arm exercises and is an awesome addition to make your home gym feel more like a gym.

open handle resistance bands

I love these bands! My set has held up for over 7 years of personal and client use. The strap attachment and door anchor ensure you really can get a total body workout with just this simple tool.

closed loop resistance bands

A solid set of closed loop bands in two sizes (hip size and full length) with three resistance levels in each. The thick fabric is a great quality that delivers years of use without tearing.

  • Can’t Live Without: Kinesiology Tape
    • To help protect your joints and provide support without the restriction of a brace or compression.
my personal running shoe

I can’t stop recommending the On Cloud running shoes! I swear I shaved 10 seconds off my mile time just because these are so light and springy.

anti-chafe stick

This anti-chafe balm is an absolute lifesaver! If you put in a lot of miles, you want this on your side (and on your skin!)

mid-run easy-to-eat fuel

As a runner who is put-off by the texture of good and gels, I was thrilled when GoGo Squeez dropped this fruit pouch with electrolytes! Now you can replenish your carbs and electrolytes in one easy “sip.”

salud electrolyte boost

I’ve tried many electrolyte powders on the market, but Salud is my number one rec when it comes to nutrition AND taste!

running vest with water bladder

I love this running vest; it’s lightweight and super adjustable to reduce any bounce or friction, and has spots to hold my phone, keys, and snack!

massage ball and peanut

This massage ball set is great for rolling out tension in hard-to-reach spots, like the arches of the feet or the calves.

Pregnancy & Postpartum
  • The Vibe: Support for your body during the most transformative time of your life.
  • Can’t Live Without: Stability Ball
    • I used this for prenatal workouts, stretches, during labor, postpartum recovery, and for baby tummy time!
yoga block

A yoga block can be used as a “pillow” to support your low back or to help you bridge gaps in mobility as your growing bump makes things harder to reach!

belly band for back support

This supportive belly band saved my low back, especially when I was on my feet for long days.

maternity and nursing sports bra

As my body changed during pregnancy and it was time to upgrade to a more supportive sports bra, this was an awesome choice because it continued to work for me postpartum as a nursing sports bra!

adjustable dumbbells

These lightweight adjustable dumbbells are perfect for adding a little bit of manageable resistance during your prenatal and postpartum strength training.

assisted stretch strap

As it gets harder to reach into the perfect relaxing stretch, a simple stretch strap helps take you to the next level. Be careful not to overstretch!

A small (9″) Pilates ball can provide low back and core support during pelvic floor strengthening in prenatal and postpartum workouts.

    • I set this up in the cupholder of my jogging stroller to distract the baby when all else fails; it keeps my phone locked in over every bump.
jogging stroller with infant carrier click-in option

My jogging stroller has seen lots of miles and even more love! I love this one because you can click your Graco infant carrier into it, allowing you to get on the move faster than the typical 6-month age requirement for sitting in the seat directly.

mini indoor trampoline (for kids and grown-ups!)

This mini trampoline folds flat for easy storage and has a handlebar to help you maximize your workouts!

beaded jump ropes with adjustable length

The “beads” hide segments to adjust the length – making this perfect for each member of your family to get a jump rope workout in!

adjustable/detachable hula hoop

A hula hoop makes moving fun- and can double as a balance-assister for toddlers learning to walk!

build your own obstacle course stepping stone balance balls

Use these balancing balls to build your own obstacle course, create a “follow the leader” stepping stone path, or just add a little instability challenge to your core workouts!

baby hiking backpack

If you love to get out on the trails that aren’t stroller-friendly, you’ll love this baby-pack! The weight distribution system makes baby feel light and the padded straps and back support make carrying feel easy.
