But here’s the secret: Fitness shouldn’t be a punishment for what you ate or a chore on your to-do list. It should be the thing that gives you the energy to keep up with your tiny humans.

Why Hormonal Health?
Your body is not a static machine, it is a dynamic, hormonal ecosystem.
Most fitness programs are designed for a 24-hour hormonal cycle (the male model). But as women, we live in seasons. Whether you are navigating the “Fourth Trimester” after birth or entering the “Second Spring” of menopause, your body is undergoing profound physiological shifts that require a specialized approach to movement and nutrition.
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist, I don’t believe in “pushing through” or using exercise as a punishment. I believe in training with your hormones, not against them.

Hi, I’m Kailey! đź‘‹ As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist, I’ve spent years studying the science of the female body. My mission at The Fitness Cult is to move away from the “all or nothing” mentality. We focus on functional fitness, like strengthening your pelvic floor, rebuilding your core, and increasing your stamina so you can feel powerful in your everyday life.
As a mom, I understand what it feels like to juggle family, work, and self-care. That’s why my approach is about progress, not perfection. I’ll help you build strength, energy, and confidence without asking you to give up the things you love; whether that’s quality time with the fam, Wine Wednesdays, or breakfast burritos the size of your head, we can make it fit into a life of wellness and balance. Because around here, we believe fitness should fit into your life, not take it over!
