Hi, I’m Kailey! I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer & NASM Certified Women’s Fitness Specialist. With nearly a dozen years of experience and a heart for supporting women, I blend expertise with empathy. I know firsthand how motherhood changes your body, your priorities, and your time; and I’m here to help you feel strong, capable, and cared for in every season of life!
