December is here!

Please join us for our first December Group Fitness Class! We’ve got the holiday spirit flowing and have elected to offer this class COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE!

The class will be one hour and focus on everybody’s favorite; lower body! Because YOU CAN’T SKIP LEG DAY!! No equipment is necessary, but we do recommend bringing a yoga or exercise mat as the grass may be dewy or wet.

Please join us again for our second November Group Fitness Class! In honor of how thankful we are for each and every one of you, we have elected to offer this class COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE!

The class will be one hour and focus on restorative stretching and yogic techniques, with cardio bursts throughout to keep your heart-rate revving! No equipment is necessary, but we do recommend bringing a yoga or exercise mat as the grass may be dewy or wet.

Hi party people!!

Our first group class will be Saturday, November 20th from 8:00 – 9:00 AM (PST) at Tustin’s Frontier Park.

To celebrate this being our first public group class, we have elected to offer this class COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE!

The class will be one hour and focus on bodyweight functional movement training, with cardio warm-up and cool-down periods. No equipment is necessary, but we do recommend bringing a yoga or exercise mat as the grass may be dewy or wet.
