I provide flexible options for busy Inland Empire locals…
- Kailey’s Home Gym: A private, focused space for you to work (Rancho Cucamonga, CA).
- Your Home Gym: I’ll come to you (within my approved service radius).
- Local Parks/Outdoors: We can meet at an agreed-upon location.
- Virtually: High-energy sessions via Zoom/Google Meet from the comfort of your living room.
- Proudly serving: Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Claremont, Ontario, Fontana, and surrounding IE cities.

As an ACE Certified Trainer and NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist, I do more than just count reps. I listen to your goals, assess your current fitness level, and design a science-backed program that actually works for your life. My mission is to make fitness FUN and functional, teaching you perfect form so you can stay injury-free while living your best life!
4. What forms of payment are accepted?
I try to keep things as simple as possible! I currently accept:
- Electronic: PayPal, ApplePay, Zelle, and Venmo.
- In-Person: Cash or check.
