That’s why I created the Fitty 500, a year-long challenge to cover 500 miles at your own pace, in your own way.
The Goal: 500 Miles in 365 days.
The Math: That’s just ~9.6 miles a week or about 1.3 miles a day. A quick neighborhood walk, a weekend hike, or a jog with the stroller all count toward your total!
